In 1987, you never dreamed you'd be (almost) 40. Some of us have
children that have now graduated from high school themselves. What this
means is that your youth has slipped away like fleeting dandelion seeds
blown away by the gentle breeze of the next generation. Damn kids and
their freakin' loud music! It's okay to cry a little now. But take
heart; at least we're not in diapers... yet.
We're so glad to have your email, now we can bombard you with even more
SPAM. Okay, just a few messages between now and the reunion. Don't
worry; we won't be selling any Viagra. That'll be at our 40th reunion.
In all seriousness, we are planning a rockin' good time at Snowbird and
Skyline HS this summer. We hope you're saving the date and planning on
attending. We on the planning committee have been working hard and
having fun preparing for this event. It's going be great. We'd love it
if EVERYONE would come.
WE COULD USE YOUR HELP!
If you could do two things, it would help us tremendously.
- Check your name and address in the
Alumni Address Book and make sure
it's correct. If you are reading this message, then the
chances are good that you have already done this. Thanks.
- Please, please, please, email your friends that you still keep
in touch with and let them know about the website. Get them to
update their address and email so we can keep them informed and
lure/cajole them into going.
Can you reach out and get in touch with at least FIVE classmates?
Our reunion events will be held, literally, the month after next, so
there is a sense of urgency about getting information to our classmates
as quickly as possible. Travel may need to be adjusted, schedules
arranged, etc. Any small effort you can make to reach out and contact
your friends will make a huge difference. Spread the word!
Best regards,
Christopher Krueger &
The Skyline HS Class of 1987 Reunion Committee
